Since i got my PSP i dont play the DS

Well, i got my psp a few months ago, along with some games (i have around 12 now), and since then i actually don't play my DS anymore.

I loved my DS before that and played it a lot, have a lot of games as well, before i got the psp from a friend, i thought that i will play both of them but i see i ended up with the psp alone.

Anyone that has the two handheld plays them both?

Ive been wanting to get a psp for a while now as i have a ds and am bored of it, sry :). I just wanted to know what are the best games for it. I know there's God of War and starwars and patapon and daxter and theres resistance coming but is there anything else i need to know, should i wait, please your opinions will help me heaps thx.godofwar2610

Theres a lot of great games, my current favs are Tekken, socom bravo 2, Killzone and FIfa 08

I play them on the PS2 because of the superior controls, big screen and the fact I don't have to worry about the battery dying on me after 10 minutes. Sounds weird I know

I'd buy a PSP if it had more than a handful of good exclusive games

It has exclusive games, and actually a great games library, not like the DS but a great one.

It was the same here.

I bought a DS on at the Japanese launch time - months before the australian release.

When I bought a PSP I stopped playing my DS completely, and started using it as an alarm clock. Heh.

Though I traded my Japanese DS for a DSL, bought AW:DS and its all even again.

I don't need to, you could just go and take a look at the library and see how many good exclusives it has, but you clearly didn't, so by posting a list of games here I'd just be wasting my time, and as I said in my previous post, i'm not trying to convince you.

having all systems you can never go wrong.. however i dont have time or else interest in having both handhelds, so i chose the PSP... reasons being i prefare its design, i was instantly interested in its multimedia features, superior hardware and visual capabilites but mainly got the PSP for its games...

i have around 38 games on PSP and unlike many haters want others to believe there is a great list of quality games on PSP... you find crappy ones too as with all systems, but still PSP is simply an amazing handheld...

as much as i want to like the DS, its always the same i go to buy a game for my other systems and stop at the DS section, surely there is a large selection of games, but when you start eliminating the kids oriented titles, the crappy ones and others that dont interest me, the library suddenly becomes really small... then i see the visual quality of the games and thats more than enough to put off any minimal interest i had in getting the DS...

as always its a matter of personal taste... both are good handhelds and doing great...

am sure that many DS games have great gameplay, but we must not make the usual mistake that games with better visuals have bad gameplay...

The comparison is quite accurate actually. Both consoles get hated at for exactly the same reason. And both of the assumptions are pathetically wrong.
