Hell yea! If it was not for a PSP purchase in 2007, Coolyfett would not even be into video games. Still looking to get that high of a great game. When Coolyfett is bored with gaming he can do many other thing with the PSP. Plus it goes every where Coolyfett needs it with ease.
I absolutely LOVE my PS3. Would I take the other consoles if someone gave them to me? Sure, but I'm not buying them. I've played each and enjoyed games on each but I currently have a backlog of more than 20 games with just the PS3. I can't imagine how bad it would be if I had more systems.
The only thing I do plan on doing at some point is building a gaming rig. My computer is severely outdated and I want to get into PC gaming as well as get a new computer for all my various media stuff (graphic design, audio recording, video editing, etc.).
So long story short: Yes, I'm very happy with just one system. Although it WAS pretty rad when I was in college sharing an apartment with friends. My other 3 roommates and I pooled our resources and had my 65" TV with 5.1 surround sound hooked up with my PS3, one roomie's 360, and another's Wii. Many fun nights of Brawl and L4D 4-player splitscreen were had (dual inputs FTW). ;)

Yes i bought a ps3 and its used mostly for blurays and netflix so many games comeout on pc alone another system is not really needed. I'd probably be happy with a ps3 or 360 if you erased all knowledge of me gaming on pc from my mind. The wii has some nice games but it has almost no multiplatforms and not on the same level as the other systems.
I have ps3/360 and a pc, needless to say, my gaming pc is collected dust. But im happy with all, my ps3 is also collecting dust, that will change soon though, but pc gaming, eh not that special.
You could actually play Mario Galaxy 2 at 1080p on PC for example ;)Having only a Wii is amazing. We get the best Mario games. Mario Galaxy 2 got a 10 and is the best game ever. Why would I want to game at 1080p on PC when I can play the best game on my Wii?

Well seeing as my 360 RROD and I hardly touch my Wii and DS.. yes, I'm happy only gaming on PC. :) Although I really want a PS3 because it's got some awesome games I wanna play.

You'd rather play multiplats at worse settings on consoles than on PC? :? Why? Also on PC the games are cheaper.
While I own a Wii, I only game on the PC these days - the Wii sits there gathering dust.
I'm happy with just being a PC gamer - It has all the games I want, and can play RTSs (which consoles really don't do) when a good one comes along. While a few console exclusives catch my eye, we're talking about 1, maybe 2, games a year - That's not worth spending £200+ on an Xbox or PS3.
PS3 serves me well. I do have a Steam account and a few games which are equivalent to XBLA/PSN downloadable titles and Portal but that wouldn't be enough to keep me going through this gen. (before people question my lack of games on Steam, i'm using a 2 year old regular laptop ment for school :))
Yeah, i am happy with just one system. Actually i have a PC but barely use for gaming.
Majority of the games coming out, tend to come out as multiplatform and i simply do not find it cost-effective to purchase a new system just to play a few exclusive a year...Well, maybe if i had more time to play games, i would invest in a powerful desktop, but i dont have the time so do not want to spend the money.
I have own one system. actually, i technically own two because i have a 360 and wii, but my wii has been collecting dust on the shelf since god knows when.
I sure would like to have a ps3 though, just to play uncharted and killzone.
I wouldn't be happy with just a Wii (I'd be caught up with every great game that I wanted to play for that system and would be waiting around), and I'm sure I'd live and get by with whatever came for 360 because of the multiplats and occasional game that wasn't on PS3 like Gears or Alan Wake, but when you see PS3 getall this content and killer apps by comparison..... it would really bug to not own one. I'd even sell my existing console to play the likes of MGS4 , God of War III , Killzone series , Unchartedseries , Warhawk , inFAMOUSseries , Heavy Rain , The Last Guardian , etc.
Had the 360 practically from launch, bought then a 1 1/2 years later sold the Wii - The 360 now with Kinect serves mah core needs and casual needs for the family and friends. The 360, IMO is the best all around console and that's why I own one.
For me it's the time not the money as just keeping up with all the games I like for 360 seems impossible for me these days but at some point, I'll likely pick up a PS3 but it will likely be on impulse alone. :P
Been thinking about a sweet gaming PC for years now but only managed to do window shopping and can't quite seem to pull the trigger.
I own more than one system but I think I'd be happy with just my PS3.fabz_95
This man speaks the truth. I only own a PS3(this gen) for now and am perfectly content with it. Besides it's nice to not worry about too many games as far as Im concerned, don't think I would be able to cope owning all current systems and buying each and every top notch title for every system, at least by owning one I can experience essentially every worthwhile title it has to offer. Course not saying there is anything wrong with owning multiple current gen consoles.
