Is it still coming out or what? Sony seems to kinda put it on the back burner again. I thought they would reveal something about it at E3 but that didnt happen. I've heard it supposed to be packed in with the 80gig but that's just a rumor.

Notice the red light on the SIXAXIS's Home button that could indicate something but who knows?

It's gonna take a while. The current motion sensing uses a MEMS accelerometer, those things are extremely sensitive to things like vibrations. It's gonna take either a lot of processing of the accelerometer signal or a complete hardware redesign to have both motion and rumble without an optical tracker like the Wii.

My friend at Gamestop said he's 100% sure. In which I was totally surprised because I thought the recent choice for the 80gb to pair up with the rumble controller was rumored.

I think it is, kinda curious as to how they will use this new motion sensing in games though.

Man, I don't know how many threads there have been at the official PS3 forums on playstation.com about that damn red light lol. So many people were like "is it real, is mine broken" there are even guides for you to put an LED in there so you have a light......But no, no red light.

My guess is that the Rumble SIXAXIS will be launched with the 80 GB when it is officially released in America. I mean the regular SIXAXIS has even dropped it's price everywhere (from $49.99 to $39.99) I don't remember any company lowering their peripheral prices , especially controllers.

C'mon.....are we really gonna have to have the rumble hyped as "the best rumble ever". It might be better, but please don't start this as some sort of ownage. It's bad enough PS3 will be late to the party (when their the ones who made rumble standard in controllers in the first place :| ) with rumble, don't make an issue out of it.

I doubt all that.. But I did hear that it's going to have more rumble motors or somethin than the dual shock
