IDk what weapons it has but based on the beta evryone seems to have the same weapons. I have only seen a pistol and rocket launcher besides the standard gun we have already seen with it.

Get your facts straight. Call of Duty 3 should not be used in the same sentence with the other games. Call of Duty 1 was arguably the best in the series and if you truly like Cod4 better than Cod1, I suggest that you stick to your Wii.

It's the only thing people have against kz2, don't take that away from them!
Why is it so hard to understand that until the developer and franchise actually delivers Killzone 2 should be handled with a wait and see approach. There is NO reason to hype it as a possible game of the year, and its own lineage suggests it is much more like to have a score in the 7's than in the 9's. Factor in that killzone 2 is following the EXACT path KZ1 did(do you not remember all the previews lauding the game and extolling its incredible graphics)...fact is you can have high HOPES for K2, but EXPECTATIONS should be much lower. Guerilla has never done ANYTHING worthy of giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Agreed, I like the Nintendo system of (usually) one game per franchise per console.

Well, it'll at least (hopefully) be the best PS3 exclusive of 2009. Either it or inFamous for that title. Best FPS or best overall game of '09 though? Well, we don't know much about games coming out next year, so we'll have to see. It'll have some stiff competition though, with shooters in the form of Halo 3: Recon (which I'm quite interested in) and presumably the next Call of Duty, or whatever Infinity Ward concocts. It should be another good year though, and Killzone will definitely be a good multiplayer experience to kick it off in February.
I'm looking foward to Halo 3: Recon more than Killzone 2. I'm a huge Halo fan but I am willing to admit that Killzone 2 has a better chance at outscoring most FPS next year.
