So hardcore Microsoft fanboys, what did you play b4 Xbox

Besides the 13 year olds on these boards, what did the older generation of lems play before the creation of xbox.

I dont own a microsoft console, but i my history goes liike this

Sega Genesis>>>Playstation 1 + starcraft>>>gamecube>>>PS2 after many price drops>>>Nintendo Wii>>>hopefullly an xbox360

SNES ---> Sega Genesis ----> N64 -----> PS2 -----> Xbox ----> PS3/Xbox 360 ------> Xbox 1080 (Xbox 3) -----> PS4

P.S. I am not a fanboy of anything but atm I like my ps3 more.

Well, I'm 15 so I guess I still count... But here is how it went...

NES >>> SNES >>>PC RTS's and JB Nightfire>>>>XBOX 1 >>>> XBOX 360. skipped a couple generations =(

In order of purchase:

Intellivision > NES > Genesis > 32X/Sega CD > Saturn > PSOne > Dreamcast > PS2 > Xbox > N64 > Xbox 360 > Wii > PS3.

for me....Sega Genesis>>>N64>>>PS2>>>Xbox>>>360/Wii

throughout all of that I had my trusty gameboy/DS...I had a PSP, but it was more of a paperweight...I also started PC gaming when I was playing my genesis...Hmm, the xbox is the first brand Ive stayed with more more than one console..

Really??? LoL.... The one game i really love for that system is marvel v. capcom. Its a shame they havent made a new one yet. I would actually prefer an online marvel v. capcom over street fighter 4, but thats just my opinon.

PC and practically all consoles from Odyssey to 360 through this gen.

Still have many of them though nowhere near all. :?

I have yet to grab the other two this gen. consoles but the time is not right IMHO.

As you can see, I PC game the most, and still find it better, but that's because of the games I like (RTS, Strategy and FPS).

After seeing the PS1/PS2 and Gamecube era, I really stated to be turned off by consoles, they were very lame consoles. Not until they incorported online and media sharing did my interest start for consoles again.
