Wii: 1. The drive would stop reading perfect discs and my WiFi was terrible

XBox 360: Once right off the bat because it fell on it's side when I unpacked it. The second one I got tw odays later is constantly locking up and slowing down. So about 2.

My NTSC/U PS2 busted sometime ago.

While my Japanese launch PS2 (the one which required you to install the DVD drivers on the memory card) still works flawlessly, flawlessly.

I've had my Wii freeze a few times, but that's all. At least the days of blowing in your NES cartridge are over.

oo lets see (and im assuming were talking about just crashing...not actually breaking and needing a repair).

wii: none (though it sometimes behaves oddly...its never actually crashed or anything.)

PS3: 6 times. sometimes the folding programme likes to crash when exiting. really annoying since the work unit is then lost. hasnt happened recently though. the web browser also used to cause a prob or 2 but thats was a few firmwares ago...probably fixed.

360: 4. vegas liked to lock up in places. an xbox 1 game update (i think it was for splinter cell chaos theory) caused my 360 to lock up.

DS: 1. puzzle quest crashed on me which was weird.

PSP 0.

PC: a few game crashes but i cant recall any game taking my whole system down with it. i run a tight rig :D. windows did crash once though when my kitten caused 2048 processes of windows help to open up (well 1 instance of help opened up, followed by 2047 error messages). i managed to get it down to about 700 processes but then windows decided to pack it in. i think thats fair enough :P.

my wii has froze a couple times, not during games though. my vista laptop (which can play some older games but no newer ones) got a bsod 2 days in a row when i wasn't even running any games or anything and has been fine since then. i've never had problems with my nes, gb pocket, color, advance, sp, ds lite, gamecube, or xbox 360.

PC-a lot. Luckily fixes are a lot cheaper than a new system and you don't have to send it off anywhere.

And my original NES kicked the bucket a while back.

Other than that I've been lucky.

I am on my 5th (maybe six, I lost count) 360 . I already know some lemming is going to call me a liar, but FYI I am well..... was kinda a lemming. I have had a love/hate relationship with my 360's, the only real reason I am not a lemming now is mostly just from how crappy they built there system. Plus all it takes to fix the over heating problem is quality thermal grease but I guess it just shows how incompetent Microsoft is.

None of my systems have ever broke. I still play my SNES and it works fine, except for the occasional blow-in-the-cartridge.

The PS2 (fat) actually had quite a few problems. I'm not sure if it's near the 360's failure rate, but the PS2's was significant.

I can't correct you, but I will say I beat the game and never experienced a lock up. My PS3 has yet to act up in the slightest.

Assasin's creed was patched. The Bug no longer exists.

Then that would explain why I didn't experience. ;)

yes because the ps2 wasn't nortorious for failures, oh wait i forgot the term DRE was born on that system.

ps1? wii? nes's never ever broke down.

NES: twice but that was 2 different systems i used to own 3 of em.

Snes:once and i had an backup

N64:never

Gamecube:never and it doesn't current have a case i took the case off since i lost the screws.

Wii:no failures but it tends to screw up when i leave it on standby and often will freeze up when i try to turn it on from standby.

Sega master system:twice but i had another so i used that

Sega Genesis:never

Sega saturn:never

Sega Dreamcast:never

Atari 2600:never

Ps1: one i had to put it upside down for a month before it died

Ps2: 1 the laser went out and sony wouldn't replace it and wanted 100 bux to fix but i found a way to get it fixed for free

360: one RROD but a restart fixed it on the pro launch model i have, and my elite 7 or so months old has never broke.

Ps3: never

Xbox: never
