well if you can't connect to live, you probably can't connect to PSN. The only difference then is exclusives. I'd go with 360 for now.

It's worth it for the games alone, if you ask me.

wow..oh my god! you mean it has wireless router connection? amazing...Does wifi mean it can connect to any and all wireless networks like verizon wireless? *there are others but that comes to mind*

Last I checked you NEEDED broadband and that means FAST speeds for xbox live and psn both...so how does the ps3 having wifi *wait doesn't the 360 have an usb attachment and cant you all so use most wireless bridges with it?*

if he can't connect to LIVE, why would he have a wireless router to connect a PS3's wi-fi to?

I rarely played my 360 before I could play online, but I'd imagine the ps3 would have that effect on me too. If you want a fun console, I'd recommend the wii, it's got a load of fun single player focused games and the console and games are both cheaper. But if you want a console out of the 360 and PS3, I'd say go for the 360, its cheaper and has a better games library.

If you don't have a gaming PC ,then the 360 is still the console to get imo.Even without internet connectivity, there is alot to enjoy on that console.
