Uncharted 2 has very nice graphics right? But if you have a good PC you can make most games blow consoles out of the water, right? So if I were to purchase a gaming PC, and play Mass Effect 2 with full 16x Anti Aliasing, triple buffering and all that noise how great would it look =O. It already looks breathtaking on consoles but, I want to have like, a RIDICULOUS time playing this game. Alright, so..What. How much better to PC games look compared to consoles.-On a good computer- (im honestly asking a question)

You mean multiplats on PC in comparison to their console counterparts? Noticeably better most of the time, but in certain cases the games are much better looking or on par with their console counterparts (The former being more common) mostly due to higher resolutions, AA and better framerates, a PC game that looks on par with the console counterpart is usually just a straight over lazy port.

its an entry level pc so its low end nowadays but as long as your not playing at a very high resolution of 1920x1080 and above it will be fine.

Pentium 3 Dual-Core? Do you mean Pentium D? And it's decent. A good gaming computer would have a Core-I7, 6GB of DDR3 RAM, and a Radeon 5970 (preferable crossfire). But that will cost you quite a bit...

yeah thats ati edge detect 8X of it = 24xAA. Although the best is super sampling aa which renders the whole screen in a much higher resolution and the downscales it.

I should try that more often, as long as I can run it, with a Radeon HD 4850, AMD Phenom 9600 and 4 GB RAM, I should do fine, maybe not at 1920x1080 though.:P

well sadly there's no super sampling on ati card except on the 5800 series :( but 4x or 8x edge detect AA does a very good job and when your actually playing the game you won't really notice any that are left.

It's great, I can run most games at high settings over 1280x720 around 30 to even 60 fps for the most part, but damn that Crysis, LOL. The highest I ever got in that game was around 40 some fps, but less than 45 fps.

I plan on getting one of the 5800 series one day(most likely a 5850), and that seems good, that's better than nothing.:D

PC's are more powerful than consoles, but having said that I have not seen many games on PC that look better than U2.

Sweet. It's officially on my must-buy list.
