So if Sony doesn't charge a used game fee for PS4 games?

What will Xfans/Lems say as to why MS has to charge & Sony doesn't?

I think they'll say MS has to charge for exclusive content.

I'm predicting that some publishers will, and some will not across both platforms. I don't think either Microsoft or Sony will do it with games they publish. The reason MS is getting bashed so much is that supposedly they built up a system that makes it easy for publishers to do so and gives MS a cut, but publishers could just as easily build their own and use it on PS even if they didn't approve. I mean, I doubt Sony would deny the games based on that. So basically, the petty arguing you people are doing using this as ownage doesn't really seem to apply anymore, but this could have a pretty major impact on the industry.

No money for publishers or Sony, but they'd have fan consumer favoritism, and they'll keep GameStop alive. I'd be fine if both just got rid of used games outright, but I think MS is going to be too greedy to get rid of used games if they can profit on it, and Sony wouldn't want to get rid of it while MS still has used games.

MS actually stated they will charge a percentage on used games and the publishers will also charge a percentage on used games. The exact percentage to be discolsed at a later date.

Sony stated they wont charge a used game fee percentage, but said they can't force the game publishers to not charge a used game fee percentage.

I more or less stated that, with the change that I predicted that I don't think MS will be taking a percentage anymore after all the backlash.

Well you don't have to worry about that, There has been reports that there would not be any preowned fees for the Xbox One.
