So in the end... Who actually had that Bioshock glitch from the review?

I did. And it really, freakin', sucked.

Out of 6 others I know who completed it, two other guys had it too.

I had it after a couple hours of playing when I would try to buy something from a vending machine I would freeze...it only really screwed me one time where I hadn't saved in awhile but after that I would save before I would buy something to be safe...

I loved the game though and it really didn't effect my gaming experience too much

My first playthrough was smooth, but about a quarter or so through my 2nd playthrough i started gettin it every few seconds.

Glitchy. I lost 4 hours of progress once, 2 hours of progress twice. It has to to with overuse of the camera combined with many enemies and particles on the screen. Total freeze and it sucks.

Great game, but the only two buddies I know that bought it also suffered from the same thing. We are completists though, casuals may never see it.

It seems to be random, and when it happens it CAN pose a problem. I think that's what motivated its inclusion.

If it was a predictable bug, then the score would've either been lowered to an 8.5 if it regularly disrupted gameplay, or it would've been dismissed as an insignificant problem, about as bothersome as a minor clipping issue. But the fact that it can happen seemingly at any time and can thus potentially disrupt gameplay means it's something to take note of, but not something that would rob a great game of a deserving AAA score.

I had an intermittenbt freezing problem... clearing the cache fixed it right up.

To clear the cache, hold LB and RB while booting the game (immediately from starting the game until the 2K Games logo comes up.)

it might be a coding bug, if you do one thing it then messes with the code o.o
