99% it is, not that i did not expect it to happen, Two Worlds, Elveon, Overlord and Bioshock all have 99% chance to appear on PS3 at some point too
Prob time exclusive.
Lemmings will be talking about it for a year,
before Cows ever get to play it.

I don't see the correlation between Kane and Lynch and Eternal Sonata...
Kane and Lynch was always a PC/360 title (and will be the best on PC, as all games are) and Eternal Sonata is a JRPG that is developed specifically for the 360.
Completely different stories. Not even comparable.

The correlation is clear, all games were only on 360 or pc/360, now all are on PS3 as well

Except that PC/360 doesn't make it an exclusive...therefore Kane and Lynch was never an exclusive to begin with whereas Eternal Sonata was never planned on anything else.
There's no correlation. Where is this Eternal Sonata announcement btw? I think i might've missed it...

Well it is 100% official, they have it in the ratings registered for both 360 and PS3

http://kotaku.com/gaming/eternal-sonata/eternal-sonata-not-xbox-360-exclusive-never-was-254678.php That's all I have for info. And saying Eternal Sonata wasn't an exclusive is like saying Assassins Creed was never an exclusive. I guess they were both exclusive by omission.[QUOTE="Puckhog04"][QUOTE="greg_splicer"][QUOTE="Puckhog04"]I don't see the correlation between Kane and Lynch and Eternal Sonata...

I said Kane and Lynch wasn't an exclusive because it was announced on the PC along with the console counterpart (360).
Kane and Lynch isn't going to the ps3. Didn't you read the interview here yesterday ? They said that it will be Xbox 360 exclusive.Â
Woah woah woah....wow, I misread your post completely. I just reread it and now I feel like an idiot. Sorry about that.Ibacai
No problem. Just thought it was an out of place response. :)
No harm no foul. Eternal Sonata was definitely an exclusive, and if it's going to another platform, then it's lost. But Kane and Lynch certainly wasn't...its been planned on the PC from the start (which is where i'll be playing it). ;)

Yup, call me on my stupidity every time you see it (not joking). And yes, K&L was never an exclusive and doesn't really matter in the system war.[QUOTE="greg_splicer"][QUOTE="Puckhog04"][QUOTE="greg_splicer"][QUOTE="Puckhog04"]I don't see the correlation between Kane and Lynch and Eternal Sonata...

Nothing offical yet -- however the game was submitted to the ESRB by Namco Bandai as a PS3 game ( and a 360 version aswell) and Namco Bandai rated both versions of Eternal Sonara ...
Therefore one would assume it going to be released on PS3 as its unlikly that the devlopers ported the game to Ps3 and submitted it for rating without the intention of selling it ...

It is definatly coming to PS3, that is bad news for 360, nto for 360 gamers, since it will loose sales in Japan, and namco was hiding it for good reason, now many are not going to buy their game, well they should be more carefull next time
what interview. the one the one from this thread? that is dated back in Jan. if so , i sure i did read it. but i could of sworn this month is April not Jan.Kane and Lynch isn't going to the ps3. Didn't you read the interview here yesterday ? They said that it will be Xbox 360 exclusive.Â

They're going to get less sales because they intend to allow MORE people to play it? O_o; That logic is a bit messed up
They will get more sales overall, just a lot less now, since they release on 360 first, and those with PS3/360 will wait for PS3 version probably, plus will stop selling in Japan on 360, and 360 bundles, they will just go for the PS3
Of course in the end they do gain, only MS looses

Why would someone wait for ps3 version if they can play the game in the 360, earlier and probably better? ur logic is veeeery messed up.Â
