I know, I know that PS3 fans love portraying how PS3 exclusives are graphical powerhouse and 360 is far behind. In truth, 360 is not far behind and the difference is not night and day. This can only mean that console graphics king is an invalid title.
Do not get me wrong. PS3 exclusives, especially Uncharted 2, boast some of the best visual on console; it just happens that Crysis 2 has the scale and density of visual effects and deserve to sit next to these exclusive titles, regardless of the version.
Why would PS3 fans spend time and forum space just to undermine Crysis 2? So tell me if Global Illumination or real-time lighting is not an advanced visual technology? Tell me if the bokeh depth of field is outdated? And please tell me if object deformation is not a boundary-pushing tech?
Even if you refuse to admit, at least give some credit to the game for pushing several fronts on two outdated piece of hardware.
