GS isn't biased. They just don't know what they are doing. They have dozens of journalists reviewing games, they are bound to mess up.

Once again System Wars =/= Real Life

So while yes, Ratchet and Clank flopped on gamespot.....the rest of the world thought it was pretty good, so overall im gonna say the actual game was pretty good. So if you are actually interested in how the game is because you want to play it, its a good game. But if you feel like playing System Wars...then the game sucks. And I know some of you dont live in the real world, you live in system wars, but some of us do, and we use real world logic every once in a while.

And this goes for all games...not just R&C

That's true...practically everything is opinion. But the popular opinion of R&C ToD is that it is a AAA title for the PS3, and past sales, scores, and popularity have all lead me to believe that it is a "killer" title for the PS3.

Do you see where I am coming from? I could care less about this game, but I can see it for what it is.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Rainbow Six Vegas(PS3 version) are AAs at Gamerankings, Bioshock scored a 9.0 here but has a 9.5 on Gamerankings, and GS was not the only publication to give PDZ AAA (nor were they it's highest score). This whole GS is biased non-sense is getting pathetic and really needs to just stop.

and you might be right but neither does gs and from the looks of things, gs is in the MINORITY when it comes down to bad reviews for R&C. Just face facts that the ps3 heavily hyped game is getting stellar reviews from everywhere else except from gs and another site and is a terrific game exclusively for the ps3 just like us cows have to face it that it flopped here on gs. Ok, we're done with that, lemmings got their victory chant or whatever it is they do, but can we get back to the real world now and accept that this is an amazing AAA game? Some people here roleplay way too much. Just because the game flopped on SW rules, does not mean that you have to have it etched into your head and act as if you are some kind of brainwashed person. Roleplay happens way too much on here. People take the flop garbage around here too damn serious. And again, i can understand that that's the way this forum works and all, but that doesn't mean that people have to start roleplaying and acting like this game truly is a major flop and equal in quality to games like Naruto and Conan, because that is simply not true.

I just bought Jericho and I love the game. I think the full game is better than a 6.5, but Gamespot didn't. It doesn't make me think they're biased. Maybe I was just able to look at a game for what it is and enjoy it.

Look at Crackdown. It's a quality game, but it scored low. It's even a Microsoft Game Studios title. I don't think Gamespot is for MS and against Sony. I just think Gamespot is very hard to impress anymore. A multiplayer mode would have helped R&C Future: ToD. I don't know why Insomniac decided to hack it. The multiplayer in UYA was great.

Gotta say I'm somewhat disappointed that Naruto: ROAN didn't manage an 8. It looked (and still looks) so promising, and it had good pedigree behind it.

Now I have to seriously reconsider buying it. If it had gotten an 8, I probably would have bought it just to support it, but a 7.5? I dunno. Might just save up for Assassin's Creed later this month.

Lots of wrong thinking in this thread. Fact is Naruto is a new game with some great ideas and excellent execution while R&C is a rehash of a game that was played out last gen.

calm down man. I know alot of people, including myself, who come to gamespot for the forums only. I use GS forums as my place to get all the latest news and info on games. But when it comes to reviews, I stopped using GS about the time PDZ got AAA. Dont go around telling people to leave GS just because they like to make the educated decision by using an industry mean of review scores instead of 1 website.

Dont bash the review, after all the reviewer is entitled to his opinion, his opinion was that the game is average. If it was up to me i would have gave R&C a 2.0 because i hate platformers, lucky im not a GS reviewer eh?

I have been saying this over and over again since the RoC score showed up, but sony fans have never once acknowledged me.

Its very frustrating how much they cry about the bias but will never listen to a counter argument. Its a shame too because Blue Dragon was an excellent game that I really enjoyed. It flopped here and we got over it fairly quickly, not crying about Gamespots bias day after day.

On Topic, Naruto is a very fun game thus far and I feel deserving of a score better then 7.5. But i'm not planning on starting conspiracy theories about Gamespots hidden agenda.
