I would hope that they have something on a new Zelda, but less then two years after the last one I won't hold my breath I would imagine another DS version first.
The biggest thing I could imagine, would be some new "Gameboy"-esk handheld to keep the torch going on the name.

I think they're still seating people and what not and GS just isn't going to show us that part. Ah ok :P at least gamespot didn't shut down on me like it did for the Microsoft Show.
