Not really, I have to be honest, gaming without achievements leaves me feeling a little empty, besides with the £165 ($330) i got for my Wii, I bought PGR4, another X360 controller and the Orange box. I'll be getting Assassins Creed in a week or two aswell.

EDIT: Besides one of my flatmates at uni has a Wii, if I'm desperate for Mario I'll buy it for that.

despite just how tempting Mario Galaxy, Fire Emblem and Zack may be ( :roll: ) I still think that I'd rather play Uncharted, Haze, and Ratchet and Clank. also, Zelda, Metroid and Paper Mario dont have anything NGS, Warhawk, or Resistance. And on top of all that, PS3 has much better multiplatform games than Wii (Assassin's Creed, Rock Band, DMC4, GTA IV, Burnout Paradise). And dont even try to compare Wii's line up for 08 to PS3s. MGS4, FFXIII, GT5, LittleBig Planet, Killzone 2, UT3>>> Smash, Okami, SC: Legends.

P.S. Mario Galaxy won't be AAA. and Smash bros is coming out december 07

Basically, it's the price of the pound vs the dollar. ATM the £1 is worth £2.1 so I'm not sure how much you pay for your Wii's but over here they're worth £180 or roughly $ 360- I got £160 in return for exchanging mine, and that would be the equivelant of $330.
