Crysis won't "Destroy" Halo 3 with only 2 multiplayer modes and a glitchy single player(Don't even deny it, new software is bound to bring lots of unexpected glitches).

You must not play many 360 games, if any at all. Because you would know that they always have patches if something is wrong. (Gears of war is the exception, all the patches screw up the game somehow, Epic is going to the gutter) Halo 3 will expecially have a patch for anything that may be wrong with it, beings it is argueably the 360 Killer app. I personally find CSS very boring because of it's lack of modes, but to each his own.

Halo3 will out sell Crysis by alot not saying its a better game...all three games are by kick@$$ developers so in owning a pretty good video card x1900xtx and a 360 I am set :)

well, you got that right 

why compare console games to pc games? should leave pc out of any console battle. halo 3 when i buy it my xbox is going to run it the same as anyone elses xbox 360......unless i get the red lights again. but if i buy crysis im not going to be playing it maxed out like some will...i dont even think i can run it on low settings. pc games should not be compared to console games. but since you want it like that. halo 3 will pwn crysis... simply because not everyones computer will be able to run crysis in full. as for everyone buying halo 3. we will all enjoy its graphics the same.besides the sdtv and hdtv difference.floridaskater05

No its under the "What Consoles do you own list" and the PC is there in black and white! , to anwser before, Halo wont PWN in anything but sales, Crysis is well optmized and will be appreatiated now and in a few years when the average PC gamer has an overhaul and can witness it at its best.

PC and Consoles are comparable. saying otherwise defeates the purpose of having the PC in this forum.

Of course I realise that. But now that two consoles have HDDs, Console games are patched regularly as well.

old school Rainbow 6 > CS ...some shooters are meant to have just one modes...Rainbow has only two modes worth playing Team Survival/Survival and Coop Terrorist Hunt...modes like CTF and Territories dont work for all games

 rainbow 6 was good but CS is the #1 played FPS for a reason.  Also the #1 for competition. People you are forgetting CS was originally a mod, it's not a full game.

What the hell do these games have to do with anything to the argument? We are just talking about Starcraft 2, Crysis, and the Halo games.

It is obvious that SC2 will be better than Halo Wars and Crysis will be better than Halo 3.

I hate it because I constantly run into smack-talking punks like you. Honestly, my brain can only take so many thirteen year olds insuting my sexual preferences before I get a migrane.

Anyways, Crysis beats Halo 3 over the head and dumps it in an ally, after stealing its wallet, in the graphics department. Gameplay-wise....not so sure, but both look extremely fun. Now, for the real, total ass-whoop...Starcraft 2 vs. Halo Wars? Man, no contest. The fact Starcraft has Zerglings alone makes it better.

How do you get all 4? Crysis wont be ported early, its a Trilogy, like Bioware said with Mass Effect, why waste time porting when theyre making a trilogy?

MS won't bring Halo 3 or Halo Wars over to the PC for several years - it will be slower, not faster, because these games are used as system sellers for the Xbox 360 - the Games for Windows push will do fine with older titles like Fable and Halo 2. What you're forgetting is the integration between the 360 and Vista PC - like it or not, the 360 will be your little brother when it comes to getting games - you get more console titles, we get more PC titles.


Starcraft was on the Nintendo 64, Far Cry has been on a handful of consoles, you're quick to dismiss the idea that consoles have been (and continue to grow as) a hardcore gaming platform, it's the "holier than thou" attitude of PC gamers, and it's simply annoying.
