So..... PSN+

Long story short, I bought a video card from my local GAME, it was dead so I returned it. I ended up buying a new PS3 and PSN+.

Explain to me how I can get it across my PS4 and now my PS3 (again).

Your PSN ID is the identifier of whether you have PS+ or not. That's all there is to it.
