Yeah, this might be the wrong place for it, I didn't think the PS3 board would be right and I didn't think the 360 board would be right. Sorry if it is the wrong board in any case

I'm a PS3 owner, never really thought about getting a 360 but I won a package that has the 360 elite and 10 games, Yeah my buddies are calling me a traitor for even entertaining the thought of keeping it. For me, it's very temping to keep, a few good looking RPGs, i'm not a huge fan of shooters but I enjoyed Halo and Halo 2, Bioshock demo on the PC was great.

So it's keep it or sell the stuff and get a HDTV for my bedroom (Have one in the living room) and get PS3 games or keep it. (I really haven't looked into the 360 that much because I said I'd never buy it, wasn't a huge fan of the first x-box) So I guess it's that and what 5/6 games would you get for it (games out now, games coming out by december, whatever)

Go with the HDTV if you can't play the ps3 in the living room. Otherwise , just keep it and enjoy it. Get rid of the games you don't like and get ones you want.

Lol, oh I told my friends to shove it. Just thinking about getting the HDTV for the bedroom (Which is the extra bedroom in my house that has my PC/online set up, which is where I do my online gaming, do the single player stuff in the living room)

The games that are keeping me hooked on the 360 are blue dragon, halo 3 and too human, which seem like good reasons to keep it. This package comes with it all too, 10 games, the elite, 1 year of live gold and 2000 points. Almost feel like a idiot giving that up.

Go with the HDTV if you can't play the ps3 in the living room. Otherwise , just keep it and enjoy it. Get rid of the games you don't like and get ones you want.

It was free. I think it would be stupid NOT to keep it. There is going to be enough different games between the 360 and PS3 to keep you entertained. Your loser buddies will get over it once they see that you can play pretty much ANY game that comes out while they whine and cry and pray for ports.

The "Well it would be stupid not to keep this great package" "Well a HDTV would be nice in the room for online play and 7-10 PS3 games to boot" "Few great looking 360 games coming out soon" etc, etc. I'll be thinking about it for quite some time and I like others input.

Seriously, and not being a jerk, the 360 is, at the moment, the better system for games (scores and sheer numbers). It has a huge back library of great games, many you can pick up cheap, and games like Halo 3, BioShock, and Mass Effect out now or coming quick. And the PS3 looks to be coming into its own in the next 6 months or so.

Between the 360 and PS3, you should have no reason not to love gaming this gen, as each can compliment the other, and one can carry you through lulls in the other's release schedule.

My friends called me all kind of names when they found out I got an Xbox 360. Just like the cows on here they were like "wow have fun playing Halo noob" and got all mad for no reason. I lost touch with them after that cause I don't deal with children and made other friends who enjoy gaming who own a 360 and aren't brand loyalist.

You should do the same.

PS: Xbox 360 is great, I love mine. Keep yours, unless you really want that HDTV and the PS3 has games out that you want.
