"February 8, 2007 - Really? Manhunt 2? On the Wii? Are you sure? You know that game is really violent, right? Like, super violent. As in, it makes us feel like bad people when we play it. And it's coming to the Wii? Really?

Join us as we (Daemon, Micah, Dave, Erik, and Craig) try to figure out how this happened. There's also that XBLA game Rare is working on, Virtual Console ups and downs, and listener mail aplenty.

I hope it's a port of PD64 so I can play it with dual analogs. Actually I used to play it with dual controllers to simulate dual analogs, I think that was the only N64 game with that option. Otherwise give me DKC.

Rare's a good developer, though it's not much to get excited about.

I've been severely letdown by Rare ever since MS purchased in 2002, so I'm not really anticipating anything from there unless the game itself looks exciting.  Until there are details, it's not worth getting excited over IMO.

Otherwise give me DKC. Spartan070
Donkey Kong is owned by Nintendo. It would be illegal for Microsoft to put it out on their system.

okay I HAVE to ask. You were able to use two controllers in Perfect Dark? How uh...how in the WORLD does that work or feel any bit of comfertable with two big N64 controllers? Theres no way you can holdone in one hand and another in the other and still use every action.

Edit : well I can see how you would hold them..but man would that be uncomfertable, and weird. One analog stick per hand? It's so much different from having them both on one controller, it would mess me up so much.
I had no idea this game supported that, unless you're pulling our legs.

Both. I guess Rare owns the franchise names they've made like Banjo, Perfect Dark, Conker..etc but they don't gain ownership of the ones Nintendo made before Rare worked on them like Donkey Kong and Star Fox. I'm sure they will come out on Virtual Console eventually.

Dude, I'm dead serious, look it up. It took a while to get used to, any one who has this game will back me up. An analog in each hand and a Z-trigger in each hand and you could still reach the A and B buttons with your right thumb, it was awesome. I do think it was the only game that ever supported this for any system. Unlimited options, one of the many reasons that game scored 9.9.

wow man that's ****ing ridiculous! I want to try it now. But this way, you can only do two players right?(obviously...). Haha for some reason that sounds so innovative to me, when the easy route was to just add another one onto the controller.
