So. What 360 exclusives are worth it?

Girlfriend got a 360 with her new laptop so she is giving it to me! :D I have a PS3, so I have many of the multi-plats already.

Here are some of the games I narrowed down. Halo 3 (or halo reach?), Lost Odyssey, Left 4 Dead 2, Fable 2 (heard 3 sucked) and Alan Wake. Are these good games? I can get all of these for under $15 at amazon. Not really interested in Gears or Forza. I would also like to get a game that she would like to play. She really likes LBP, and Modnation racers for the ps3. Something similar out there in terms of creative play?

Fanboyism aside, I really thought there were more 360 exclusives!

Just check the list (note: if it scored less than 7.0 on GS it's not listed so some may be missing).

There is plenty of great ones but as somebody already said, you can research them to see what you like, one may be Crackdown and as for your GF, I'd suggest Banjo N&B and perhaps Viva Pinata as well.

L4D2 can be pretty barren nowadays. I have trouble finding any games. Both are sweet though, but I found L4D2 to be much mroe fun.

One thing you should DEFINITELY NOT DO is BUY Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts. That "Game" if you will, sucked tremendously and is NOTHING like the original 2 Banjo games. I'd suggest as far as you, try out Hunted: The Demon Forge and Dark Souls when it releases in October. Also King of Fighters 13 also in October (Best fighting Game this year). I'd also point out The Lego series is great for coop play as is Left 4 Dead and Call Of Duty/Battlefield 3 (Releases in October on the same day as KOF 13 so get them both if you can) so those may be good for you and her to play together.nini200

If you like survival horror and want a truely unique experience then pick up Deadly Premonition (I think its a 360 exclusive...).

Alan Wake is average at best. It's REALLY repetitive and the story isn't that good. I would not recommend it at all.

I would say get Tales of Vesperia. I'm not sure if Namco ever confirmed a PS3 version but if they didn't, you should definitely pick it up for Xbox.

Call of Duty which outsells ANY other FPS to this day is a bad game Really? Oh you're going with the Milkage thing just like every other "Hardcore" gamer that cries about Milkage but are the first ones in line to buy the game AND the first ones to buy the DLC.

It's a charming game overlooked by alot because of it's score.

Yes is a traditional JRPG but the plus sides to this game is it has mega detail for exploration and enviroments, good voice acting,a story that is easy to follow has a natural progression and hours of play time cause it's a long game and very nice graphics to boot.

It's not the best game EVA but the game is enjoyable and I think that make it *worth* it. And if we are talking about the xbox360's library I think it deseves a mention.

Actually I didn't like it very much myself at first but as I got further into the game I begin to appreciate what it offered.

Don't get Halo 3, just get Reach. If you have a capable pc, get L4D2 on pc, it's way better. Don't get Fable 2 or 3, both are horrible games.

Even though this stretches back to last gen, Knights of the Old Republic is a 'can't miss' game if you're a rpg fan and it is backwards compatible. Still one of my fav games ever.

Battlefield is on Par with Call of Duty and some claim that it's even better. If Battlefield is on par or better than the best selling FPS of all time, that must be bad too huh?

King of Fighters is a highly technical and Tournament played fighter and is on par if not better than Street Fighter. That must be a bad game too huh? Oh here comes the "KOF 12" comment huh?
