So, what are the best DS games you've played?

So, at this point, the DS is pretty much done, and all its major releases are behind it. It had a great run of seven years, and in those seven years, it got what is probably the greatest library a system has ever had. It definitely had the best library for any handheld ever.

With so many games to choose from, it might be har o pick favorites, but that is exactly what I intend to have you all do. So, System Warriors... what are your top ten DS games ever?

OOE is my favourite castlevania game and honestly I think it's better than SOTN (which is like the OOT of castlevania). I just think alcuard edges shanoa in terms of being a character.

OoE's excellence, along with last year's poor Lords of Shadow, prove to me that Castlevania is meant to remain 2D.

I played the beginning of it at a friends place, not really the biggest fan of the type of gameplay. Story seemed kind of interesting. I'll possibly end up getting it eventually though I don't know how easy copies are to come by :Psoulitane

You need to play Twewy and radiant historia. Those two are probably the best jrpgs this gen (after SMT: P4)

Sad, no love for Devil Survivor. :(

Used copies can be found online, although they're kind of expensive. You could always just get the 3DS version, worst comes to worst.

I still have a ton of DS games to pick up for my collection too.

Haven´t played many,but Hotel Dusk made quite the impression.

I like 999 a lot. Etrian Oddessy 3 is eating up a ton of my time. Mario & Luigi: Inside Bowser Story was an absolute pleasure to play. I played more Puyo Pop Fever than I like to admit. I personally despised TWEWY, but there is no denying it's popularity. Devil Survivor was alright, though I'm really looking forward to the sequel. Honestly most of my favorite DS games were 3rd party, which is what I hope to see out of the 3DS soon.

How did I forget Rune Factory? The first and third game turned me into a shut-in while I was playing them. That series is like crack to me. I haven't picked up Oceans yet because I don't want it to steal my life.

Metroid Prime Hunters, Super Mario 64 DS and Mario Kart DS. I found the DS so disappointing that I sold it by 2007. I got it back in 2004 close to launch so I gave it plenty of time for the library to fill out.vashkey

Not to mention avy, sig, my comments that the DS has the best exclusive library this gen, that I'll be buying a 3DS over Vita because I want to be able to play DS games, so forth and so on.
