The artstyle is gorgeous. The technical aspects are a bit hindered by the Wii U, but the gorgeous art more than makes up for it.
I really like how it looks.
It looks an indie game of course.
And like a slightly bigger Twilight Princess, don't forget that.

All I know for sure is that it doesn't look like maxed out Witcher 3, so it must be bad.

Considering how indie developers are now able to push out fantastic looking games, I dont think your post works as a diss anymore lol

Definitely.
Was really just a jab at an extra stupid thread that was made the other day.

What a barren world, too
@charizard1605: SS is more colorful than this Wii-looking game.
... I think I'm out of the criticisms that have been leveled at this game, lol?

No female protag also = bad gfx.
Trust me I'm an expert.
Oh damn, I had never paid that much attention to it

It occurred to me, but I really didn't want to go there :P
That's just some weird new style of pop-in since Nintendo doesn't know how to make open world games.
A game we have seen 100000 times before. waste of time
When have we seen it before?
A game we have seen 100000 times before. waste of time
One hundred thousand times eh? Can you list them for me?
I wonder how the NX version looks.
I'd be suprised if it does anything beyond improving framerate, resolution and higher texture maps.
Game will probably look more "contrasty". As this seems to always be the case with "remasters" or higher end re-releases.
I wouldnt expect extra geometry and, prop density and general higher world detail. But who knows.

It also looks like an early Wii game.

You must have some kind of magic Wii.
It's sarcasm

Usually I dont mind people complaining about games being safe, but rolling out with this tired complaint now that series like Resident Evil, Zelda, FF, GoW are shaking things up considerably (for better or for worse), just sounds dumb.
Wat version are ya gettin', guise? I'mma goin' for da NX.
I'll be ignoring my better judgement and buying a NX for this most likely.
I told myself I won't early-adopt consoles anymore, but I can probably make an exception for Nintendo.
Okay, this is as good a thread as any to ask this, so let me float this question: where in the timeline is this game? Cause I can't seem to fit it anywhere.
Also, that rusted Master Sword in the end of the trailer gives me chills for some reason.

I'm probably getting this for the NX, because I can't fucking help myself when it's Nintendo for some reason.

WW Leaf creatures put it in the Wind Waker timeline no?
I ignore Wolf Link as that seems to be an amiibo extra more than a world building detail.

We make fun of corporate slaves, but we are ones ourselves lol.

We have the Koroks- that's post WW. We have the machinery and ancient civilization. That's pre-SS. We have the ruined temple of time. Post TP. We have the rusted Master Sword. Post-ALBW. It's literally in four separate branches of the timeline at once.

Amazing, for the hundredth time.

Probably will have - 1080p, better AF, less lod pop in, higher res textures and shadows. The lighting doesn't need to be touched, but they might bump up the models a bit, though it's not necessary. They didn't touch the polygon counts in WW or TP HD. Framerate won't be touched.
I'll pick it up on Wii U first then NX later, i'm not an early adopter lol.

The timelines are being brought back together :o
But seriously, I wouldnt put too much weight on ruined ToT and rusted MS. They can just explain that with a time jump (and they actually have with the reveal by some journos playing the demo reading stuff about Link being asleep for a long time and something something about Calamity Ganon being contained for the same duration?)
Important items and buildings get rebuild/reforged all the time in these loosely connected games :P

Wind Waker actually got a polygon count bump in certain items iirc
Why do Nintendo games look so bad in screengrabs and other games can still look OK? I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the artstyle? I've seen off-screen footage on youtube on which the game looked beautiful. Nothing like most of the pictures I've seen on fora.
@93BlackHawk93: I'm in the same boat. This is Zelda it's like my favorite series... And it's looking so promising I already know I won't be able to stop myself from buying the damn thing day one.

Nintendo has always sucked at screenshots for every game.
