So... What happend to Battlefront 3?

How come back in january we got gameplay footage of the game and after it nothing. Is it still going on?

That gameplay footage was leaked, for all we know (and probably likely) the game was canceled and then one of the employees posted the video like what happened after Duke Nukem: Forever got canceled.

Battlefront 3 and Republic Commando 2 need to be made, immediately. Their predecessors were two of my favorite games on the original Xbox. Alas, I don't think it will happen...MikeT072

I'd pay extra for Battlefront 3. Whenever it's mentioned I feel a bit more sad

I don't get why Lucasarts doesn't just give it to another developer. The games are hugely popular so why let us down like this, just finish the game.

I know what happened to Battlefront 3. It's being put aside in favor of PSP spin-offs.
