seriously, uncharted, fantastic game. heavenly sword, amazing. rachet and clank, great for a platformer. I don't get it. I'm not really saying GS is biased, just their views of games are starting to become a joke. the way I see it, and keep in mind I own a ps3 and 360, every one of these titles>>>>>>gears and its undeserved 9.5.

Heavenly Sword... not much variety, very very short

By the way, don't think it's just the PS3 exclusives. Both Lost Odyssey and Mass Effect got underrated. Both Zelda and MP3 got underrated as well.

why don't they do like valve and if it's going to be a 4-5 hour game make it 20-30 bucks and do it in episodes.

Uncharted definately isnt imo, its one of those games you beat once, then you want to beat it again on a higher difficulty, then after a couple weeks, you pop it in again just to marvel at the graphics, then the same in another 2 weeks etc. Thats what I do at least, its really an amazing game that should be owned.

What does that have to do with it? Does that mean any game without multiplayer gets rated lower?? How would you do multiplayer in Uncharted? Or Heavenly Sword? If you are talking about value, the best game I've bought would be PSN: Poker. $9 off the Playstation store and I've played it for months. IMHO just because they aren't online that doesn't mean they should get a lower score, but that's a whole other topic :)

It's a good game, but it's nothing special.

I think he meant overrated ps3 games, since all of them suck and deserve alot worse scores then they acaully got.dipper145

they all were rated fine. they weren't worth 60 bucks.... i put over 100 hours into halo 3. worth 60 bucks imo

uncharted was great, just too short, great rental, same with most next gen games now.

Cows agreeing with cows.....have you even played Halo 3. Its a good game with excellent MP and decent SP and deserves the score. I played Unchartered and it deserved the score it got heavenly sword is overrated, it deserves a 7.0, as it has boring, repetetive gameplay, very short story and lacks orginality. An resistance is a joke and very mediocre. Though i agree Rachet:TOD is underated.

Nope, its way over rated, too much emphasis on the multiplayer and sod the single player, if you add the single player campaign of 2 and 3 together you get a decent single player game, as they are... too short.

yeah they're too short but the multiplayer is epic. and you can also do 4 players through the main game which gives it length as well.

Not really worth the effort though, the shoddy ending to the 2nd left a real nasty taste in my mouth.

Because the PS3 is hated by GS, their favorite console is the 360 and obviously that would mean they shoudl hate the Playstation 3

I do believe we have one reason and one reason only for so many low scoring ps3 games...multiplat and exclusive....

Sony and its execs promised the 2nd comming of christ and if you dont believe me go back and look at all the hype and all the stupid remarks made by sony execs before, during and after launch of the system, they promised a super computer, they promised ground breaking 4d graphics...ect

they have yet to deliver on a single promise they made except that the ps3 is a good blu ray player, untill ps3 games actually start showing that you made a good choice in purchasing the system...then it will continue to get low scoring games there hasn't been a single ps3 game that screamed i can only be done on ps3 and im the reason blu ray was needed, and im why you paid 500-600 bux for your system.

Meh, if they started dishing out AAA's for every trash that comes out then the really good games that come out/will come out wouldnt have as much value to them.

I can't disagree with the rating the games are getting so far execpt for ratchet and clank which was really fun to play. Sure Uncharted and heavenly sword are fun games to play but they are not really AAA status imo. If a really good ps3 game does come out though and it gets an average score i'll have to swallow what i said ^^;;.

A game can only be called overrated so many times before its underrated.

It's because so far none of the PS3 exclusives lived up to its hype. I mean sure people could get excited for upcoming PS3 exclusives, but in the back of your mind you wouldn't be suprised if the game flops in reviews and sales again. So you really just have to lower your standards with PS3 exclusives.

Bottom line, PS3 exclusives aren't underated they're just over hyped and underachieved.
