At the moment, I don't have any plans to buy it... I guess it's hard to explain to all the "hardcore" gamers, but it really just doesn't appeal to me all that much.
However, if it gets really good reviews, I'll be sure to at least try it out.
I might not get it, I'll wait and see, I kinda got sick of GTA after Vice City.I'm only renting it, never thought the series was worth buying ;)
Although I'm probably in the minority here that wouldn't like the series.

You're a Sopranos fan and you're not gonna give GTA4 a look? I guarantee you that since they're including a New Jersey borough, there are gonna be a bunch of Sopranos-influenced storylines.
 I think that's different. I need a dramatic reason why you need to bash someone heads in. Not because you had a bat and it so happens a guy walked pass you...

Ever play a GTA game? The main storylines are often the strongest part of the game, and their plots are critically acclaimed. There's a reason for everything you do within the main story. They're not going to have you bash someone's head in with a baseball bat unless there's some purpose. And I'm talking about relative purpose, obviously, since there aren't a whole lot of legitimate reasons for doing something like that.
And besides, in the Sopranos, you can get your head bashed in simply for looking at Ralph Cipharetto the wrong way. Numerous people have been killed throughout the series simply for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I'm definently getting it, but who isn't getting the most hyped game of the year (if not of the current gen)?jharv
The Sheep won't be playing GTA4. You know why, Nintendo has refused to join us in the 21st century.

What? That doesn't make sense.... Even if you call the Wii a Gamecube with a wii-mote, it's still a 21st century machine since the Gamecube came out in the 21st centuryI'm not getting it. I don't have any of the systems it's on, I don't go out to get games often, and it really just doesn't interest me. >_>
