Gears of War came out about a year later on the 360, proving to be the best graphics on consoles. Will UT3 on ps3 releasing a year from launch look better than Gears.
yes..plus the ps3 version has been in dev for ages before work on the 360 version was started so dont be surprized if the ps3 version looks better then the 360 version

Mark rein said they haven't started on the 360 version yet, he said they are focusing on the PS3/PC versions and after those are released and they go on vacation they will port it to the 360. I'll try to find the interview.
