This is a terrible place to go looking for empathy. That aside, sorry man. That sounds like it sucks. It also sounds like you might have had to do something ill-advised for this to be able to happen...
if your looking for pity you came to the wrong place. you most likely gave out your email address and password carelessly there is really now way for someone to steal your account unless you tell someone or game share with an untrustworthy person. i also game share but i do it with a cousin so i know i can trust him

You could probably contact sony and try to arrange something. Get your account locked at least. But I find it hard to believe that someone would manage to guess your email and password without having some sort of connection to you.

Sounds to unlikely to be true
So It was your email that was attacked. You should always give your emails the strongest passwords you can (at least 8 characters long) containing both letters and symbols. You should also ensure what you use isnt a really word.
Im not sure how they got your email account (maybe you feel for a phishing site) but another safe practiceis never to use the same password twice.
