something about forza 2 confuses me . (the king of Jaggies,) updated

k gamespot gave forza 2 a 9 on graphics. now today i was usual debating with the fanboys of a certain system that i also own. but for some reason these fanboys told me there was no jaggies. but when did borrow the game , forza 2 was king of jaggies . so did GS gave a 9 on graphics because it has jaggies, or gave it a 9 on graphics for photomode and reply video? because if it was for ingame , then yah GS is either recieved another copy of forza 2 that no else has seen or what. any how so where the fanboys blind and love the jaggies, or straight denial?

but IGN gave it a 7 due to jaggies in fact here is a quote "Jaggies, jaggies, and more jaggies. At times, it appears this is LEGO Forza Motorsport 2. The drab colors and weak art design don't help. 60fps is welcome, though"

I'm not a fanboy at all, and I couldn't care less about Forza (don't like racing games,) but I have to admit man - regardless of what type of fanboy you are your posts are very annoying - even by System Wars standards (and that's saying a lot.)

The jaggies actually depend on your tv. In standard definition there are no jaggies, in HD there are jaggies. I've heard that in smaller hd, like under 40", there are no jaggies also, but it's just the bigger HDTVs that show jaggies.LakeFPownsu

In the old system, graphics were rated off of technical merit, artistic quality and overall presentation. The scores were never designed to be compared across platforms of genres. Jaggies mean nothing if you play on a SDTV.foxhound_fox

Yea, I have Forza 2 it does have a pretty decent amount of jaggies, but the gameplay is all there. The game looks good, not great, not superb, but good. But once agian, the gameplay is awesome and that's what matters most. DA_B0MB

alfy if it makes you feel better I'll tell you this as an owner of Forza. Yes! the game has Jaggies, you are absolutely right. the game could have looked better, did it deserve a 9, thats an opinion that can be argued till kingdom come but why bother. either way, yes jaggies jaggies jaggies, but one of the best racing games I have ever played.

why so much hate for a game is beyond me, but you obviously want someone to agree with you and your jaggie debate and I'll agree and admit the game could have looked better, but it still looks great and its enjoyable, why can't that be enough for you?

dude, i know what your saying, i made a thread about Forza2 also about why GS gave it a 9 for graphics. The thing is these days is that all x360 games are going to be overrated here on GS i think until ps3 takes off with a price drop.GermanShepard06

really german, is it really that important to complain about individual scores within a review, Does it really matter if its an 8 or 9, the game is a great game regardless.

we have way too many reviewers in this forum and not enough game players.

Graphics isnt just about photorealistic pictures.

Forza 2's customizations absolutely destroys gran turismo in the graphics department.
