Duh! Consoles are for purely gaming reasons even though the ps3 and later gens might over come the PC.LeviHohenfeldt

If Microsoft beats Sony in the home devision , there will be no such thing as a a console left, or when PC's reach console size with great power.... consoles are the "Timed" Technology, there will be no need for them eventually.
