Yep not a rumor any more this spinoff is actually going ahead, soulcalibur legends anyone? Anyway even as a big Sonic fan I think this will be terrible but yeah I'll stick with Sonic Unleashed and hope this maybe turns out good enough for a rent, even though it probably wont.

So it's Sonic Adventure 3 then? I'm confused.

Wait does this mean it will have the same secret of the rings gameplay, the whole on rails thing? Cos if it does then it sounds awesome I loved SOTR and if it was like it then yeah twice as much sonic for me :D But from what gamespot say and the NP front cover with sonic holding th sword and GS saying it's an adventure game that's why I thought it would be like SCL and then be crap. But can't wait till gameplay footage to actually see the game's like now.
