I don't think Killzone will come out this September or probably this year even. I just read an interview with a Killzone developer and he stated that a beta for Killzone will be coming later this year.

Unless KZ2 is AAAA-worthy, it won't end well. And even if it does, it'll kill Haze.

I meant cows as in a general summarization of all people who enjoy PS and all it's affilaitedproducts and havea perticular fondness ofthe Killzone series.Not just the fanboy population. Perhaps I should have put all that down. Especially since I'm not really fond of the Lemming, Cow, Sheep designations. Mmmmmmmmy bad.

IMHO calling someone a cow.sheep or lemmings is like a racist term in videogame culter. Its get very annoying and just makes me sick when someone who likes a game or is hyping a game for a certain system they get called sheep...etc. I mean what ever happend to just likeing a game and not being hazed cause of it and being called a fanboy.

The only time someone should be called a fanboy is when they wont give any system a chance and just hates it without even trying it. Me i'm not a fanboy, I used to be one, but that was last gen now my eyes are more open and I like all systems.

Killzone showed potential from the devs even though it had a lot of flaws. The only hype is really just to see what they have at E3.... then if that's good the actual game will be hyped.

Bioware is proven time after time. Blue Dragon is already released and a AAA in japan. Also Bioshock is a sequel to system shock 2, just without the title for legal reasons as gamespot said.

lol...I'm sure you can find a reason like you found reasons for the others? How about the biggest budget game ever? Or Sony is actually backing this one? It's the second largest developing team on a Sony console? I'm sure those reasons can justify hype? right? Unless the only reason to hype a game is it has to be approve by you?

I enjoyed Red Steel, but I don't mention its sequel at all for the fact that it probably won't break the 8.0 barrier. Killzone will be lucky to best Resistance.

Honestly, all consoles experience a lull in game releases shortly after launch. You have your launch push with a few games to justify the purchase, then a six to nine month lull, then the second wave of games hits.

Happened to just about every console since the original PlayStation.

I have to call you out on Bioshock. It was (officially or not) preceded by two other games (System Shock 1 & 2), the second of which was named by Gamespot as one of the greatest games of all time (despite only giving a AA score, which IMO was unfair). EA bought the rights to the System Shock series, but Irrational's still basing the gameplay off the SS formula. They've even got 'shock' in the title. It's pretty much been proven already.
