It's called a credit card.

Don't have one? Beg mommy and daddy to borrow theirs.

My country doesn't have a local PSN (we rely mostly on the US PSN), meaning that we have to order those cards from the US and using a credit card is highly risky. At least you guys have a local PSN and can use credit cards. :(

Not everybody have a credit card. Not everybody lives/has contact with their parents. There are a lot of issues with credit cards (that's why both MS and Nintendo have pre-paid cards). Sony not doing it is simply stupid.

No, people who don't know how to PROPERLY handle credit cards are fools. It's called spend within your means, most people just don't have the common sense like I do.

Sony has prepaid vouchers. Having multiple online PSN Stores in different regions is the stupid idea, which is why certain countries don't supply pre-paid cards....yet.

Agreed, but not in this case. I prefer to actually spend dollar values equal to what I'm buying. You want to find an unconscionable mess, take a look at the Microsoft points system.

You have to put money in the wallet using pre-set values on PSN as well.

No, you can pay the exact amount with your credit card. I've done it before.
