Whelp, we already know about Uncharted 4, so expect that next year. But it's very special according to ND so what? Crash? Another Jak and Daxter? New IP? TLOU2? In terms of Sonys announcements, I think it will be Crash related and awesome features for the PS4 that are down the pipeline. Thoughts anyone?

well they won't be releasing anything real big at least until after e3, so 2014 will probably only have epic announcements until august, at the soonest. yay.

Sony has already won E3 2014. Microsoft has nothing, only more TVs and Multiplatform for E3.

I hope it's a new game.. they've been faithfully following a new IP every generation until now with uncharted. I'm hoping they make a good action adventure game. Not uncharted like but something possibly from mythical times ?

I'm exciting to see what Sony has to offer. If you think Microsoft won't have anything, you're nuts. They already owned 2013 E3 withte number of exclusive games they announced. Bias fanboys were trying to ignore the games and talk about the dumb policies instead. Now that the policies are no more, all that's left are the exclusive games. Project Spark, D4, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Below, Fable Legends, Halo 5 and who knows how many NEW Exclusive IP's will be announced by Microsoft at the E3. Sony has TV & Movies with Viacom. I'm sure Sony will be showing something on that as well. Hopefully they will finally have something on Gaikai could and PS3 games playing on PS4.

No way im hyping e3 announcement when e3 itself is in half a year then those announced games will be for the end of 2014 and 2015... We in 2013 still and there's nothing to play, that's for certain.

Please be more than just Uncharted 4. No Jak or Crash either, they wouldn't be as good nowadays I don't think

MS has already stated that they have so much news to release that they won't be able to fit it all into E3. Lems will be getting more and less wait for it.

There will be Titan Fall and a few others on X1 in 2014. There will be Uncharted 4, Infamous Second Son & some others for PS4 in 2014.

It will be:

• New Crash
• TLoU Goty PS4 edition

I hope Naughty Dog ditches the whole story driven cinematic slant they've been on for the past 8 or so years. I want to see if they can produce something driven by good gameplay at this point.

Naughty Dog could release a Barbie game and I'd buy it day 1. What I'm trying to say is, I have so much respect and faith in Naughty Dog that I'll continue to support them with every game. Nothing but quality goes into their game, oh and Naughty Dog I was joking about the barbie comment.

Lots of ND hate from the fanboys of different systems makes me wonder if they've even played any PS3 ND game at all.

Both Uncharted and TLoU have incredible story telling, fun gameplay and even addicting if a little broken multiplayer.

To me, ND sets the bar for everyone else, and no, I was never into Crash or Jak.

XBox One isn't much better with only 7 confirmed games within the next 6 months

I think gamers will be going back to the XBox 360 and PS3 during this drought. Hopefully you didn't sell those systems to get a next-gen game console.

Naughty Dog are a very special developer. I will probably buy a PS4 for their first released game.

How many times have we heard this before, only to be let down big time!

I'll have to admit I still haven't played it, but after how terrible I found Uncharted 2, I have a lot of concern about how the story telling might get in the way of strong gameplay. Hands on impressions from friends and footage I've seen are not promising in that regard. I can't stand when story dictates bad gameplay scenarios.

Im gonna guess that ND are gonna release Uncharted 4 at the end of 2014 and announce the next game they are working on which will be a new IP at E3

Is it Naughty Dog you dislike or shooters in general? Even ignoring the story and characters (not sure why you would, they're great in Uncharted and Last Of Us) the shooting mechanics are really good.

I don't think so personally. Enemies are very limited in variety and are very bullet spongy causing every "action" moment to be a slow grind and your arsenal isn't very interesting as well. I know it has to adhere to its reality, but it's just not very fun. There was one moment that I thought was quite smart though and it's when you have to defend yourself on the sign post against enemies at all angles.

My major gripe is still with the way that story dictates bad gameplay scenarios in Uncharted 2. The opening chapter, the museum heist, the ice cave with tenzen, and the foreign village were all throw away chapters because of that very reason.

I tend to use the back seat driver metaphor with this game. I feel like I'm not really in control, but mostly along for the ride and that's not where I like to be. I like being behind the wheel. It's just not my kind of game.

Enemies are tough alright, they kind of have to be in a cover based shooter though or you'd just run and gun.

Gotcha on the "throwaway" chapters. I liked them though. It was a nice break in the action. It was like wandering through Kakariko Village in Zelda. Peaceful. But if I didn't care for the story or characters I could see it being boring.

Well I'll admit the characters are rather charming in uncharted. I couldn't help but chuckle at some of the things Drake said. Who doesn't like a clever rogue with heart.
