I think it's pretty clear and to the point :P

"I ... hate it when people talk about the decline of the PC industry," he said when asked about the future of MMOs on the PC. "It's idiotic garbage spouted by morons that can't count where the players are playing. It's not like League of Legends reports numbers to NPD. The players are playing F2P games on the PC not going to retail."

DotA 2, Tribes Ascend, Planetside 2 soon, tons of quality MMORPGs, what else to ask for? The option for retail is still there as well.
