Sony says this! Microsoft says that! E3 2009 will be the biggest ever???

My Thoughts:

- Personally I think this E3 will be great. Microsoft is promising alot in terms of 'changing the game'. Sony is promising more exclusives and more PSP titles, which seems more on the safe side.

- I was personally more interested in Sony's E3 due to the possibility of more exclusive games. That was until I readDon Mattrick's words! I'm very eager to find out what Microsfot has in store.

- I'm still more interested in Sony's game lineup for E3 (and unannounced titles) though.

The way Sony have gone recently, leans me more towards them. They've obviously pulled their thumb out somewhere along the lines, and it's been great for gamers.

MS will likely announce gimmicks like lips so it can compete with Wii and Sony will focus more in its recently announced awesome games like uncharted 2, ratchet and clank etc and maybe announce 2 or 3 new games

Meh. We shall see.

I keep the hype at a minimum now, so I'm not disappointed.

I'm equally interested. I want to see Heavy Rain from Sony/Quantic Dream. And I want to see Alan Wake from Microsoft/Remedy.

The rest of the stuff I want to see is multiplat.

Sony's E3 has the possibility of providing info on the new Team Ico game. That alone makes me lean towards Sony.

microsoft (Not nessesseraly Xbox). Mass effect 2, lionhead exclusive all those unique DLCs. supposid (3,4 game anounces), Halo RECON or ODST even xbox 720 who knows this year for xbox, they need to do somthing drastic and they are the one with the money

If anything MS announces releases this year I predict it will be a smaller exclusive. And whatever they do announce Sony has ICO 3 to match (please :cry: ).

Im going with sony, since their comments have been more modest when they already have more interest and games announced

so where nintend because i think theyll blow the whole roof off this year,

Heck Sony could just come in and say GT5 is coming in Oct and bring the house down with that. But MS needs to really come loaded with some Huge exclusives that will be out by Nov and Dec if not they have failed 09 miserably. They don't need dlc they don't need features, to counter Sony they need some huge 360 only exclusives.

But yea I can't wait til E3 and the rest of the year for the games that are coming to us on the ps3. From exclusives to multiplate games 09 is a huge year to ba a ps3 owner for sure.

As far as I see it at this point in time, its MS E3 to mess up. Sony has already announced and has a killer lineup from here on out for 09, but MS hasn't had anything or announced anything to get fans hyped about. Heck Sony could just come in and say GT5 is coming in Oct and bring the house down with that. Man if MS messes up this E3 their going to have a lot of unhappy campers. Sony has already announced a good amount of games so if they play it safe their E3 should be good. The only thing I wish Sony would stop doing in their E3's is talking about the PS2, but maybe it's just me. Anyways I am about even on who I am most excited for, but I chose Sony because they seem to be talking about a lot of software.
