Halo and COD are established popular franchises. It's pretty obvious that KZ3 will fly under the radar like EVERY other game released during Halo and COD.

This is Halo's 5th game not including Halo Wars. This will be Call of Duty's 7th game. KZ will release its 3rd game and will not have that kind of popularity.

You would lke to see KZ3 fail because unlike millions of people, you hate it. You hate that it looks better than any of those games, you hate that it gets high rated reviews and is on par with most shooters, and mostly because it's a PS3 exclusive.

COD releases every year. MS knows this and will release Reach about 2 months before COD. Why don't you want to see Halo released the same day as COD?

it wouldn't be such a problem for Halo contending with COD on the same day as it would for KZ3 if it where to happen.

But you want to maximise sales of course as both Halo and MW sell extremely well on the Xbox360.

it should be known by now that Halo FPS is successful and huge in it's own right - it has taken on the myriad of "Halo Killers" through out the years with stellar reviews, support and gameplay hours Halo, Halo 2, Halo3 and even Halo ODST.

can't say the same for KZ- the first one was a lemon with bad reviews to boot, glitches and overhyped to be "Teh Halo Killer"

Hypothetically if all 3 released.

Xbox360 Halo vs CoD -the sales between Halo andCoD would be extremely interesting and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people bought both and the Xbox started flying of shelves as a result.

PS3 KZ3 vs CoD - how did the sales of MW2 and KZ2 go again on the PS3? It would be lop sided.

and put a game with a lot of bgs to market yup thatsa bright approach would rather wait the extra bit for a game that is of high quality and polished as much as possible instead of feeling like a 1/2 assed money grab a-la mw2.

Thats a stupid move, Sony is not stupid. If Killzone 3 was compared with Halo Reach & COD Black Ops the hype of the game would fall down which mean less games sold. Not only that but COD Black Ops will steal the cake easily, if I only had 150 dollars I would easily buy Halo & Black Ops.
