Is this the final bell toll for Sony's Bravia lineup?

They want to push this service as far as they can. It's what they hope the evolution of their whole "cross buy, cross play, cross save" thing will be, where you can play your games on fucking anything.
I think they'll find that a ton of changes are in order before the core gaming crowd jumps on, and i imagine the general public will be just as apathetic as it's already been.
So Playstation games are now multiplat with TVs? Awesome, more gamers.
I wonder if by next gen, Playstation Now could be the future of Playstation. The Playstation 5 could be a cheap little set top box. Would be awesome though, I'd consider paying a subscription rather than go a gen with shit APU hardware. Sony would just keep upgrading on their end.
And with one fel swoop, PlayStation no longer has exclusive games.
I wonder if there is a forum with a lower collective IQ than system wars. I highly doubt it.
PSnow is a playstation service, just like in the future there will be some form of xbox streaming, and nintendo streaming. Movies that used to release in theaters now end up on streaming services day 1. There are still theaters, and they have their own benefits.
Smart move. Draws people who aren't usually into videogames deeper into the PlayStation ecosystem.
Congratulations to Xbone owners with Samsung TVs, soon you will have something to play. :)

Oh wait, I forgot, it's only PS2 and 3 games, isn't it? Still, far better than the Bone's lame lineup. :o)

While this may extend their PS Now market, they're giving something to their main competitor who basically sidelined them entirely on the TV market, and now Sony's TV market is draining loads of money from the company every year. Even more ironic is Samsung headhunted ex-Sony engineers, some of their brightest and most experienced, that Sony forced into quitting or retiring because Sony bigwigs thought they were too old and wanted to bring in young blood. This is Sony getting Samsung's nuts rubbed in their face and Sony asking for more. This is the former Sony employees giving the finger to their former incompetent bosses. I'm such news made people at Samsung very happy. I don't imagine it was easy from Sony's end to come to such an arrangement.
well, since i have a ps3, i don't need it.
Now if Sony starts putting ps4 exclusives on psnow, that's be sweet. Probably won't happen though
