Is this a potential sign that Sony is trying to strengthen themselves with multiplayer studios / talent?

As long as they keep their hands off the updates cycle (i.e. PC first, then a dozen hotfixes, then consoles a few weeks later) and Primes schedule (i.e., all platforms simultaneously), I don't really mind.

They can have a few more Playstation-exclusive skins if they want - PC have Tennogen.

Sony probably looking to revive Sony Online Entertainment.

Interesting looking at Wikipedia of Digital Extremes and Splash Damage, each has a history of working with Epic. A curious coincidence, especially considering Epic's involvement in helping Sony design its SSD for PS5. Maybe I am looking too far into things, but nonetheless, if Sony and Epic formed an even bigger partnership, it could prove very interesting, especially with Epic taking a stronger position in digital distribution, maybe somewhere in there is a possibility Sony might try forming a PC-console unified system where users of either service can access digital rights across platforms. Curious what MS would do if that were the case, or Valve for that matter.

Leyou Technologies also owns SNK Corporation. This means if Sony buys Leyou Technologies, Sony buys SNK also. SNK needs to stay 3rd party because it would be better for everyone.

Those actually sound pretty tasty. Like clams, people say. They look terrible though, I'd have to stir fry them with veggies or maybe cook them vongole-style with some pasta.

I've long known the stuff by reputation. Wouldn't go anywhere near it, though - not because of their looks, but because they're normally prepared like a ceviche, and bollocks to those.

If Sony does purchase Leyou Technologies, it should move the company out of Hong Kong due to recent, but troubling events in the semi-autonomous territory.

I'm game if it's cooked. Not fond of raw meat in general except some sashimi.
