Sony's Heavenly Sword advertising blitz reeks of DESPERATION

This game has been more heavily advertised than Halo 3 :lol: I can't watch a tv program without seeing 2 commercials for it every time there's a commercial break. Somebody needs to tell Sony that it's just not that good lol.

They do play the commercial a lot but it seems to be on certain stations.

Besides 1 CGI ad that I see on average of once a day and some crappy flash banners on random websites, what other advertising are you talking about? I doubt they've spent more money on advertising than they made off of sales. :|

and so many many other advertismens..for halo...

I agree with the TC it is kind of sad, but the game sucked to me. It was the redheaded step child of God Of War and thats not a good thing. I bet it in one day and took it back and got Halo 3 Legendary editon.

That's funny, I didn't see any HS adds on soda cans...

It's a very solid game that deserves good sales. It could've been a bit longer, but I still enjoyed it a lot. Definitely one of the better games on the PS3 and I don't see what's so wrong with a company trying to get extra sales for their game.Gamer46

For a game in development for 5 years it deserves nothing.

First off, HS IS a great game. Its just short.

Second, Halo 3 can have mountain dew "gamer fuel" and they're not desperate. But when HS has a lot of ads running its desperation?

Get a clue.

thats pretty funny. Maybe its the tv programs I watch or lack of them or maybe where I live, but I have seen more HS ads than Halo 3 ads. I migght be the exception though, I don't watch much tv and what i do i tend to dvr and skip through most commercials.

I just bought Heavenly Sword at my local gas station/convenient store andI bought some weird tasting soft drink with Nariko on it. They are supposed to have a blueberry flavored Kai drink but I can't find it.
