PS3 is too expensive!

PSN doent compare to XBL in the least! Cheaper doesnt  always mean better and its especially true in this case!

The PS3 is losing exclusives left and right. MGS 4 will be announced multiplat no later than E3 2007 and FF XIII will follow right behind! Sure you guys got Oblivion and Ninja Gaiden Sigma but those were games that 360 owners had already played. Losing former exclusive Sony franchises like GTA IV and DMC 4 was huge as was having to share UT 3, Assassins Creed, VF 5 and now its looking like MGS 4 is going to follow right along. The PS2 did what it did because it was able to retain franchise exclusivity!

The PS3 has nothing in 2007 to go against the like of Halo 3, Mass Effect, Too Human, SSBB, Super Mario Galaxy or Metroid Prime 3. Multiplats dont count as people will buy them on the les expensive XBOX 360!!

No, if anythinghe xbox will finish last this gen. For a start look at it sales in japan. anyways,

1) the playstation can drop its price, man that was a bad point

2)online....hmm, well heard that psn has 500,000 people online now, hen it took allot longer with xbox.this was on something like gamesradar buti can't find the link) And the price of xbl does put people off, for a start 5 years on xbox live will cost you around $270. whereas playstation 3 is completely free, and will soon have better features such s home.

3) the playstation may be losing a few exclusives now but when it has a bigger portion of market share, maybe even the most in a year or two, exclusives will stay. and those games have been designed around the chip, bringing them out on 360 would mean be a huge pain in the *** for them. Don't work yourself up over these, it will only end in tears :).

Luckily, since I actually read news around here, I know that I can't play MGS4 on my 360, cause Kojima has straight up said that the game cannot run on it and will not be ported. Therfore, I will just have to play it on my PS3.

are you people paid by MS or Nintendo? you act as if you will get a pay check if the PS3 fells. just be happy this time around more gamers will get to play most of the GREAT games this gen on every system. the PS3 will do just fine. Sony has too much money backing up the PS3 for it to fell. IMHO all 3 systems will be just about equal now unlike last gen. i say 1st place will have about 35%-40% 2nd 33-38% and 3rd 32%-35%. again IMHO thx:) norm

This year its obvious Xbox360 is gonna own. And I hope PS3, PC, & Wii fans will just hold their hands up congratulate MS and say lets see what next year is like. As MS has a lot of its big hitters this year meaning those will not have sequels for at least 2+ years. So 2008 will be missing a lot of HOT MS games and will likely be all about promoting the sequels too 2007 HOT games giving Sony & Ninty etc to push games (playable) in 2008. FF, MGS, RE, GT5, Killzone (possibly).

So 2008 is gonna be Sony's time... If it fails in 2008 I think the PS3 will take a MASSIVE price drop and then failure if it still doesnt sell. And say hello to PS4....lol

Umm....a little early for doom and gloom but I do think we will see MGS4 on the 360 a year after it hits the PS3, multi-disc or not, its possible. Seeing as I just sold my PS3 yesterday morning I will say that this year stinks for it. the few exclusives it has look boring, and all the multiplats will be ports, for the most part, and the 360 will get better DLC and the onoine will be better. Were was the DLC for Marvel ultimate alliance? 360 got it but not the PS3. Were is the Obliivon content? 360's got it but not the ps3.

Home looks cool in therory, but still its not the dedicated conection, and friends list that LIVE gives me. We will still not only have the friends list in the XMB but yet another seperate friends list for home. If Sony wants to compete they gotta make everything aceesible through one medium, either the XMB or home....hopefully they will just can the XMB and use home for all communications like private chat, and the ability to listen to custom music while gaming etc. All features that the 360 has available in there dash board, not 5 different things running 5 different things.

I hope Home is the answer....you think I wanna pay $50.00 a year for LIVE?...Hell no I dont, but I do because so far with the 360 I get a better online experience and a dash board that controls everything, in ONE place. I thought Sony touted the PS3 as being Superior from the begining?.....Right now its anything but Superior, only thing better is the Disc format.

The PS3 is a phenomnal value if you want a decent PC, with decent multimedia features, and a blu-ray drive...but it fails at what its suppose to be first and foremost and that is a Sony PS console.....not ONE game looks superior to the 360's games other than Oblivion.......If Sony wont utilize there own hardware...how can 3rd parties. Sony wont fail completely but they will play catch up for a few years....maybe it will humble them and they wont make empty promises anymore.
