Sorry Star Field fans, looks like Elden Ring is the game gamers are the most excited for -IGN Poll

We understand that Starfield fans were so excited over a few minute cutscene, but most gamers are excited for actual game play footage, and Elden Ring blew us gamers minds :).

Elden Ring best game by far.

Unless Naughty Dog or Koji Pro come with something Elden Ring will lock in GOTY. Maybe GOW2

I'm interested in both. Is that allowed?

To be fair, I have my doubts about Starfield. Whereas Elden is obviously going to be GOTY material.

Starfield won't release until 2023 and we've seen absolutely no gameplay. Elden Ring looks like a banger and we'll be able to play it in half a year.

It should come as no surprise. Even though Xbox fans tried to rig the poll by getting people to vote, they still lost. 🤭

No way!!!!!!! A multiplat game that’s a sequel(ish) to a semi popular franchise and has shown a lot of gameplay is more hyped than some random exclusive game that people know nothing about!? Shocking!

This is definitely a new low for cows and definitely the weakest attempt at claiming ownage in SW in a long time… I mean come on it isn’t even by a huge margin it’s leading (27 vs 34), you cows are truly the laughing stock of SW😂😂😍😍

I went from having little interest in Elden Ring and a lot of interest in Starfield to having a lot of interest in Elden Ring and a little interest in Starfield. I'd say that says something... just not entirely sure what.. lol.

Actually I think it has more to do with seeing more of ER and knowing it's open world and only a few months out compared to a game that they still didn't really show anything at all besides the fact that it's in space and has guns and is still at least a year and a half away. People have been comparing it to Skyrim in space, but it appears it might be more like Fallout in space if you go from the trailer.

Either way I figured I'd probably pass on ER and now it has shot to the top of my list. I prefer doing my own thing in a game rather than very linear and scripted progress these days (this doesn't mean I don't play both, it's just a preference).

It is what it is a reggie multiplat won the most exciting game at e3.

Starpunk glitchfestfield will be nothing to compared to GoW Ragnarok and Horizon 2, let alone my waifu Elden Ring.

Bethesda isn’t what it used to be all of there games are a buggy mess since fallout 3 and oblivion on x360 and ps3, the only reason I am interested in starfield is because its a new IP and it’s being way overhyped by fanboys and gaming media and we know nothing about the game

I'm getting both on PC, I could care less about the console's version. One thing I can say for Starfield it's nothing like I have seen for a Bethesda game and totally a new IP I wanna support so. Either way, I'm excited for both Elden Ring & Starfield.

Elden Ring looked like another Souls game. Terrible graphics and animations to boot. Not sure why this is getting hyped so much. It's nothing new.
