the outfit the girl is wearing does not look that good and the whole mummy thing is just lame...For me it has nothing to do about the graphics just the game does not look that good

Yeah I'll take Soul Caliber IV, that to me looks just like Soul Caliber II redone for Wii IMO.

u can though for dramatic purposes lol :P You just need to use your wrists for small movements. The wiimote still senses it though. Nothing to wrry about. I cant wait though! But seriously fighting games are SOO much funn on the Wii. btw they need to come out with dead or alive for Wii and PS3. So I can have both hehe. I kno im kinda greedy :twisted:

I think you get what you paid for. Limited Library, Last gen hardware with cheesy spinoffs. Enjoy this sheep while my fellow Lemmings and Cows will be enjoying the real version in its next gen goodness.

Maybe you should get a Wii then. I mean, I would if it would be hilarious all the time.

I couldnt get a good idea of the graphics from that small scan, so I saved the image to my PSP and zoomed in.

NOTE FOR N00BS: The two last screens at the bottom are SOUL BLADE and SOUL CALIBUR respectively. The ones at the top are Soul Calibur Legends.

Some of the replys here are disappointing. :/ Soul Calibar series was never about having the "Best graphics" if I recall correctly, if you are a Soul Calibar fan it is much more then that and this Legends game should be a wetdream for you. My brother loves Soul Calibar and he mostly plays the "Conquest" or whatever that story mode is, which is why he plays SCIII everyday. I admit they should step up the graphics because to me it looks like it is still Gamecube-esque graphics but they have plenty of time to work on that. Frankly though I rather they work on the content, gameplay, etc before the graphics. Those are more important.Mikazukinoyaiba

It wouldn't be Soul Calibur without Ivy; i'm sure she's in there.

Looks nice for a magazine scan, I've always found games to look much better in motion.

It doesn't look that bad, considering there will be a lot more time of development. This could be an interesting take on the series, wich is something I definitely do not mind at all and a great ride for fans along with the recent SC and or it could be absolute crap.

It's difficult to say since it is not a sequel that rides on an already proven ground, just a proven series. So who knows what will happen.

How does a new feature make a game not as good as the previous ones? It didn't replace anything and you weren't forced to play it, it is an improvement only. Therefore, it is superior to SCII and I.

2.) Chonicles of the sword was nothing but a lame addition which is basically jus walking to a target then entering fight mode. Added NOTHING to the overall value of the game it was just tedeous and pointless. That's why SCIII is not as good as SC1 and SCII - Read reviews if you think I'm wrong.

3.) Yes it was only on the PS2 and still showed graphical improvement.

Don't argue about SC with me plz. I'm a pro at SC.
