Well Skyrim is multiplat, so I don't think anyone will really be mad except for super Batman, Nintendo and Uncharted fans.

Besides, Uncharted 2 won 2009, its a great series and I think Skyrim totally deserved it even though I was pulling for Batman.

That MGS:R looked horrible.
