Spore is slated for PC and DS because the mouse or stylus is absolutely necessary for the gameplay. But now that PS3 games can be played with a mouse and keyboard (Unreal Tournament 3), I think chances are high we'll be seeing Spore on PS3.

Wii version is more likely- But it'll probably be its own version, due to its lack of internal memory. I do think Spore is perfect for the wii though, audience and all.
Will Wright will spend another 5 years making this game for the PS3 if it does even come out, but don't worry guys, the PS3 has a 10 year life span AMIRITE?
