PS3 isnt really unique with the exception of Blu-Ray, but the Vita does look amazing, it would be such a shame if it failed financially.

They all copied off one another at one point or another, and theres been bad blood between Sony and Ninty since the early 90's and the canned SNES CD project which ultimately ended up being the PS1.

Jeez, there sure is a lot of copying in the gaming industry nowadays.

I think that some of it is actually seeing the competition and using them in your own industry in your own unique way.

But I also think that some of it is straight out copying.

That's just my opinion, but I don't think opinions go very far in SW.

Yeah at the same time it was limited, the PSP interconectivity stretched to using the OS, and streaming games wirelessly to the handheld (despite latency issues) over a network and shockingly even over the internet.

At the same time the bare bones concept is the same but much much more primitive, its obvious it takes a lot of leads from the PSP/PS3 interactivity and improving upon them.
