The publisher launched a teaser site today for something called Project Code Z, a PlayStation 4 title it plans on revealing at Tokaigi.

Meh, it's Square. People getting excited will probably end up disappointed, specially after PSX.

And ps4 only? Unless Sony's backing it, it's prpbably nothing major.

Obviously, it has potential to be good, but I wouldn't advise getting excited over this.

Anyway FFXV looks pretty epic and people are excited for that and square is making it so being so quick to try to blow this game off isn't wise and being PS4 exclusive is a big plus not having to make adjustments with different hardware.

I don't support them so it doesn't matter to me what it is.

My point is that, unless another party is footing the bill, nobody out thee spends millions to make a AAA level production for a single platform.

Looks like a disappointment imo. To be honest, the trees in the background remind me of Chrono Cross, so it's probably an up-scaled version of that like FF7.

Just give me Bravely Second, Square. I frankly don't trust you enough to deliver anything better. I have some hope in FF XV, but not much.

Another announcement for an announcement. Yay!!! I'll check it out to see what they have in store. I don't have the same hate for Square Enix that most people here do. FF13 was kind of shallow, but 14 seems to be a good game, Type 0 looks good and is getting good impressions, and they publish quite a few good series. To each their own though. I'm not jumping on the hate wagon yet.

The next game to wait over a year for after Uncharted4 flops. Console waiting.
