I'm genuinely impressed at how faithful it looks compared to the originals. I was expecting a dumbed down experience like Metro Exodus. Still need to see how well the new A-Life system works, since that was the core of the original Stalker experience and was what made each persons journey into the zone unique.

I like how they've even mentioned that the game is difficult just so it feels like the original, which is very good, and confirms they have a brain. But the big negative is that there's only 35 weapons. That sux.

I'm ok with that honestly. there is still nothing else quite like those first few games. the AI stuff sounds interesting, curious to see how that will translate to gameplay

Looks boring as hell, honestly. If your idea of fun is shooting rats in a cellar, then fine, enjoy. It's not for me though.

Its an exploration heavy game. If you don't care about being immersed into the enviroment, and explore the world, rat or not, the game is not for you.

If this is good, it will be better than Dark Ages for the simple fact that it will offer more content. I also prefer exploration over sweaty action, so Stalker 2 has a higher chance of being better assuming they didn't fuk it up.

it will not review well for sure. most likely get 7 or 8 when even STALKER 1 was 10/10 game gotten 8s or 7s all over.

Stalker is very niche series.

of course STALKER 1 is still best FPS ever made and certainly second best game ever made after Deus Ex 1 of course. so chances of Stalker 2 to be better than any Doom title is high if this game is as good as original.

STALKER 1 own bethesda back then. reviewers praise fallout and skyrim despite having bugs but criticize Stalker for having bugs lol.

Stalker 2 is developed in Ukraine, and the dev has barely made anything, while Bethesda is supposed to be one of the greats in the whole industry, and a dev that has been around since forever. Nice try n all, but Stalker 2 truly is a Humiliation Ritual for Starfield and its mediocre af dlc that's coming out later this year, and literally nobody is hyped for.
