Absolutely loved the first game. Good story, amazing atmosphere, large and open yet still incredibly detailed game world, everything about it was just great. It really did a good job of putting you right inside of a living, breathing world, even with its graphical limitations. It looks like for this one, graphical limitations won't be a problem, so if they keep the gameplay and level of detail from the first game, this one will probably be one of the greatest shooters ever made.

no because stalker had the best or maybe second best sp fps campain last year. All this hype about fc2. really why does every one still think its crytek? facry 2 is really already out in the form of crysis, unless ubi does something much much much better than they have done in fps it will be pretty average.

No its because Far Cry 2 is simply a cash cow, publishers have rights to the name and are exploiting it. It may be good but lets hope that not a lot of people get fooled into thinking Crytec made it and buy it for that reason.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R SoC was the scariest and most atmospheric FPS I've ever played. It should have been nominated for FPS of the year. :(1nverted
