When i get a 3DS next year, this will be my second (after ooT) game to get, i loved the original and i know i'm going to love this one too.

The remakes/ports for the consoles come with 2-3 games. They are a great value. Starfox, not so much.

The remakes/ports for the consoles come with 2-3 games. They are a great value. Starfox, not so much.

I find it unprofessional for a reviewer to hold the price of the game against it. Regardless of it being a port, remake or new release entirely, it's a bias that should have no impact on the end result. He's reviewing the game's content, not judging the price tag the developer chose to put on it.

I think it deserved its score considering that Nintendo removed doing special side/secret missions to reach to the other planets in the game.percech

Yea 40 seems a bit much for 1 old game.This is basicly like the ps3 re-releases but those you usally get 2 for 40.

Yes, you shouldn't buy games based on reviews or on day 1. Just because it didn't score a 9 or 10 doesn't means that it sucks, but hey, whatever works for you.

I'm really tempted to get this but I'm trying to hold off till the holidays.

Well I'm getting it.

It's kind of pathetic the two games I'll own for the 3DS are remakes...but they're so fun and nostalgic.

Score sounds about right. Woulda been nice if the price was cheaper though. Hopefully people still buy it since the future of Star Fox might ride on its sales.

I'm not saying that, just be more open minded, you'd be surprised at how many low scoring games I got ended up being fairly good.

I certainly hope that 10 years from now we wont be playing Gears of War UberHD remakes....etc....

Well on Metacritic most of the scores where in the 8's so GS is wrong once again.

7.5 is a fair score.....it is just a N64 remake after all.

I have to give Nintedo credit. This is only the first time thy redid this game.

Guess you haven't seen Super Mario 3D Land, Kid Icarus, Luigi Mansion 2, Paper Mario, and Mario Kart 7.
