Pretty much what I expected. Meh.

They are called 9GN for a reason. Why did IGN give that game a 9, then? I really don't understand.

When i get a 3DS next year, this will be my second (after ooT) game to get, i loved the original and i know i'm going to love this one too.
I find it funny that GS deems price a negative point. Suddenly remakes or ports are graded on a harsher scale?
Either way, I lost the bet on the other thread :P

The remakes/ports for the consoles come with 2-3 games. They are a great value. Starfox, not so much.

Since when a 7.5 is meh? Seriously, people here have stupidly high standards.

I find it unprofessional for a reviewer to hold the price of the game against it. Regardless of it being a port, remake or new release entirely, it's a bias that should have no impact on the end result. He's reviewing the game's content, not judging the price tag the developer chose to put on it.

Should have been lower imo.

Once again, we get it, you hate Nintendo.
And I'm expressing my hatred of them, do you have an issue with that?
Love and hate is only separated by a thin line. You subconsciously love Nintendo. :P[QUOTE="sammyjenkis898"]

Believe it or not some people on here only ever buy games if it's a 9 or better.[QUOTE="mmmwksil"]

Yea 40 seems a bit much for 1 old game. This is basicly like the ps3 re-releases but those you usally get 2 for 40.

Considering how pricey games are? You think we shouldn't have stupidly high standards?Yes, you shouldn't buy games based on reviews or on day 1. Just because it didn't score a 9 or 10 doesn't means that it sucks, but hey, whatever works for you.

So what do you expect me to do? Just go out and buy all the games in the world? I think it's perfectly ok to break down games to 9s and the high 9s. Of course if you're really interested in it is also a good selling point.Well I'm getting it.
It's kind of pathetic the two games I'll own for the 3DS are remakes...but they're so fun and nostalgic.
Score sounds about right. Woulda been nice if the price was cheaper though. Hopefully people still buy it since the future of Star Fox might ride on its sales.

The meh was directed towards the game, not the score.[QUOTE="KillerJuan77"][QUOTE="percech"] Considering how pricey games are? You think we shouldn't have stupidly high standards?percech

If you look at it in a different perspective, it screams "lack of content" for a full priced game.
