Hmmm, I was hoping it would score better. The wii version sucks tho. I wonder when Ninty is gonna lead the pack with some very solid software, with innovation. But no. We get some first gen ps2 looking games, with animal crossing.

I felt like i could just use force grip through the entire game (without swinging the Lightsaber once) and not have a single problem beating it. :?

Try Resident Evil 4, the controls are way better on the Wii then the PS2/gamecube..

That being said onto topic.. Expected, LucasArts hasn't made solid games that matched up sense they were predominately pc games.. The last slew of good starwars games was Xwing Alliance, Jedi Knight Outcast, and Jedi Academy.. After that all their games basically started taking nose dives.

my son on the other hand can't play sitting down for some reason when he gets into a intense fight in a game he stands up so i think the wii will be good for him.

again im not saying the wii is childish because of my son it just he likes playing standing up.

I personally think it depends entirely on the game/genre.. Odviously the game pad isn't the best, nor is the wiimote, nor is the Keyboard/mouse.. It depends entirely on the genere.. And you really don't "wave your arms" aobut constantly.. If you do that your doing somethign wrong.. Infact the greatest motion I ever used was with Wii sports, thats it..

People get too hooked on the fanboyism imo.. If I had the option I would use all three of those controls.... Certain games are just better with a certain control scheme.

For instance I would use the Wii mote any day for hte contorl scheme of Resident eviel 4 and Resident evil 5 (if Ic ould) then a gamepad ANY day..

While at the same time if I wanted to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance I would choose a gamepad, the Wiimote scheme was just awful..

Not bad, but not great, either.

7-8 hours, uninteresting levels, level repetition, ho-hum combat, force powers can feel wonky at times, fighting is a chore, cool bosses that just turn into quicktime events, boring combos, crash bugs, clipping issues, glitchy boss battles, unpolished, texture issues, sound cutting out...

I was so looking forward to the PS3/360 version of this game. The videos/hype/previews all made me look forward to it all that much more. It was pretty clear that the Wii version was just going to be a PS2 knockoff with tacked on controls as usual so I didn't even pay attention to that version, but I thought the 360/PS3 versions were going to be genuine great games.

Then, I got to play the demo.

Needless to say, at that point I stopped looking forward to any version.

Won't even give it a rent. They should've put less focus on the hype/marketing machine and more on, I don't know, maybe actually making the game.

there are way more A,AA,AAA games to choice from that you can PLAY on the ps 3 than the wii. 360 and the wii does not = one system.

i don't play sales. because if i did i be an old, casual, young child gamer. which are the only people buying the wii.

Anyone who has played this game......did you notice how their lips never match their voice when they talk. I mean this annoyed me more than anything else in the game, maybe I'm just crazy. THey don't have to match exactly all the time but for the love god....their lips are still moving after they have stopped talking. It was like they rushed this game out but that's impossible......it's been developed for years lol.

No one else mentioned it so maybe it's not a big deal but since the story is the best thing the game has to offer I thought people would be complaining about it more.

They really hyped this as the ultimate SW experience, and after seeing this and the GT reviews it looks like its just one huge disappointment, well I guess the best SW game will be either KotOR 3 or a new JK game, if they even make one.

Looks like LucasArts gave Wii owners a big FU....

Kind of a bit different there for the wii version. Of course, this is Gamespot and only gamespot scores count, but I seriously dont trust wii scores on Gamepot.

Another multiplat that is better on the Xbox 360. The PS3 one is crazy glitchy.pilotc

I don't know why this seems to be the case most of the time. I only have 2 games for my PS3 and many for my Xbox 360 because the reviews usually show the PS3 with framerate issues or a bug. Drives me nuts because I want some more PS3 games. I did buy it for the 360 (haven't opened it yet though). For owners of both the Xbox 360a dn PS3....Anyone else but me notice that the demo for the Xbox 360 was just over 900MB and the one for the PS3 was over 1300MB. Both looked the same and both played great. Wonder if this is how MS is able to continue to use DVDs. Better compression.

As for me I loved the demo on both system. Didn't notice much difference. Picked the Xbox 360 version because my hand tends not to tire with the Xbox 360 controller.
